| Shingo Kano, Ph.D., is President and CEO of Aphoenix. Dr. Kano previously held the position of Head of Healthcare Group at Nomura Research & Advisory and Nomura Securities responsible for private equity analysis and investment of Japanese biotech start-ups, where his activities resulted in several biotech focused funds, Nomura Bio Conference to create Japanese biotech community and 1st generation biotech IPOs in Japan. He also spent eight years at Nomura Research Institute, initially as a Management Consultant, mainly in the field of R&D management. Dr. Kano received his B.Sc. in 1987 from The University of Tokyo and completed his PhD in 2002 from the University of Tokyo. |

| Yasuhiro Chigira, Ph.D., is the board of Aphoenix. He is a general manager of Office of Industry Liaison (OIL) in Tokyo Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Tokyo Institute of Technology, Dr. Chigira spent 30 years at Mitsubishi Chemical, Inc. (former Mitsubishi Kasei Corporation), responsible for a variety of activities, including Synthesis of new steroids, building-up diagnostics business. He was also committed in Japanese Bioindustry Organization from 1998 to 2002. Dr. Chigira received his B.Sc. in 1964 from Gakushuin University and his Ph.D. in 1969 from Tokyo Institute of Technology. |

| Sumio Iwanami, Ph.D., is the board of Aphoenix. He is a CEO of Pharma Licensing Research, Inc (PLRI). Prior to start PLRI, Dr. Iwanami spent 30 years at Yamanouchi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. , responsible for Licensing and 3 years at Novartis KK as a Head of Licensing. He is also a menber of LESJ (Licensing Executives Society Japan) and JPLA (Japan Pharmaceutical Licensing Association). Dr. Iwanami received his Ph.D. in 1971 from Kyushu University. |
